Make your Wine Country home stand out from the crowd.

Today's technology makes it easier than ever for consumers to view any listing on the market. As agents, we can enter a home into the MLS, click a button, and watch it automatically appear.

Unfortunately, that can also make it harder for Buyers to distinguish one listing from another. After a certain point, they all tend to look the same. I want my listings to stand out from the crowd, so I decided to keep pushing.

The following is a brief breakdown of how I do it:

Professional Photos

If there's one thing I know for sure, it's that Buyers LOVE looking at great pictures of Wine Country homes - and lots of them!

Every listing I take to market receives professional photography - that's always been my standard (no iPhone photos!). I use these photos EVERYWHERE - Facebook, the Multiple Listing Service, as well as my targeted email campaigns.

I've partnered with the right pro photographers to make sure that my listings have every advantage I can provide over the competition and the listing is shown in its best light. 

I also insist on professionally designed, high quality property brochures and postcards for buyers to take with them, keeping the connection long after they've viewed your home in person. 




Property Videos

When appropriate, I include top-quality videography and drone footage to better showcase your home.

Matterport 3D Tours and 2D Floor Plans

Dynamic visual content is a key component to standing out from the competition and reaching today's tech savvy buyers. Matterport’s 3D camera creates immersive 3D experiences and takes dimensional data which can be used to generate 2D black-and-white floor plans. These are highly engaging visuals proven to drive more interest to properties and help properties stand out online. It's more than just pictures - these are complete, three-dimensional representations of a real-world location. From any desktop or mobile device, social platform, or VR device, potential buyers can actually interact with the images to get a real sense of how it would be to live in the space.


Targeted Email Marketing

I design emails that showcase your home's story and send them to my entire database of interested buyers. I also email all local agents so that they are immediately aware that your home is now available.

What's more, by tracking open and click through rates, I can identify and retarget those who are most interested and contact them with updates and open house information.
